The Customer Accounts Team is the face of Bloomerang to the thousands of customers that rely on our software daily. We are experts in cultivating relationships. On the daily, we help fundraisers expand their goals for what is possible (through the help of software) and point them in the direction of their next steps.
Specifically as a Sales Specialist team member, you will become an expert in our partner product relationships and data conversion/stewardship needs. This product knowledge helps us sell the tools and services that customers need to take them to the next level. From products like wealth screening integrations to data cleanup services including phone and email appends, you will serve as a liaison between our customers, product partners and other departments here at Bloomerang.
Customer Accounts - Sales Specialist responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Cultivating relationships with Bloomerang customers via email, phone and in person
Managing a portfolio of designated customers
Forecasting and building pipeline activity using various software applications
Guiding the sales process using a consultative approach from beginning to end
Consulting with customers on nonprofit industry database best practices
Captivating fundraisers with your software demonstration abilities
Sharing your knowledge of competitors, market conditions and product development
Outlining customer solutions by building proposals
Providing the best customer experiences through the power of better data

The Sales Specialist position is a full time position.
The position is based out of one of America’s TOP up & coming (and most underrated) cities, Indianapolis, IN. It’s important for this role to be on-site at Bloomerang Headquarters, so consequently, remote candidates will not be considered.
