An Account Coordinator reports to the Chief Engagement Officer and is expected to help grow our customer base.
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Build relationships with new sales prospects by qualifying and responding to inbound leads
Understand and be able to articulate the features and benefits of Bloomerang
Understand the competitive landscape and current nonprofit sector conditions
Candidates with prior fundraising and other nonprofit experience will be given preference. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must. This is not a cold calling role.
Compensation includes a base salary and commission based on leads qualified.
The position is based out of Indianapolis, IN and remote candidates will not be considered. Full-time is preferred, but part-time candidates will be considered.
