An Account Coordinator reports to the Chief Engagement Officer and is expected to help grow our customer base.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Build relationships with new sales prospects by qualifying and responding to inbound leads 

  • Understand and be able to articulate the features and benefits of Bloomerang

  • Understand the competitive landscape and current nonprofit sector conditions

Candidates with prior fundraising and other nonprofit experience will be given preference. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must. This is not a cold calling role.

Compensation includes a base salary and commission based on leads qualified.

The position is based out of Indianapolis, IN and remote candidates will not be considered. Full-time is preferred, but part-time candidates will be considered.
